1. Do you charge a set-up / registration fee?

No.  All of our packages are on a pay monthly basis.  Therefore, for a 4 page website all you will pay is £14.99 a month.  All we ask is a minimum term of 12 months.  This is great for those just starting out and who do not want the up front cost of having a website built.

2. Is there a minimum contract?

As we do not ask for any up front set-up fees, we ask for a 12 month commitment to the pay monthly package.  After this, services are renewed on a month by month basis.

3. Do the packages include e-mail?

Yes.  All of our packages allow at a minimum 1000 e-mail addresses linked to the domain name.  Let us know what e-mail addresses you would like set-up.

4. Does the package include a domain name (web site URL)?

Yes.  All our pay monthly packages include a free .co.uk or .org.uk domain name.

5. Can I have a .com domain name?

Yes.  You can have a .com domain name.  However, there will be an additional charge to cover the registration fees.  This is currently £11.99 per year.

6. Can I use an existing domain name?

Yes.  We will assist in the process of pointing your existing domain name to your website on our service.

7. Can I transfer my domain name to your service?

Yes.  We will assist in the transfer of your domain name to our service.  This is normally free for .co.uk and .org.uk domain names.  You will need to check with your current provider if they will make a charge.

8. Can I upgrade the number of pages?

Yes.  You can upgrade for more pages.  We will send you a link to set up a revised monthly payment and then request the information for the additional pages.

9. Can I stop before the first 12 months?

Yes.  However, you will be asked to make a full payment for the remaining months left on the contract.

10. Does the package include updates to my website?

Yes.  All packages include ongoing updates to the content on your website (subject to a fair use).  This means you do not have to worry about being charged extra to have your website updates.

11. Do all packages include support?
