Annual Maintenance Plans

 

We are happy to build your web site, advise you on software requirements and then pass the web site to you for the ongoing maintenance.  However, if you require we are happy to maintain and update your web site.

 

The are 4 choices available:

 

1. Ad-hoc

 

You advise us of your required changes and we will then provide you with an estimate on a time and materials basis.

 

2. Maintenance light - £99pa

 

This will cover a number of small changes each month I.e. Change photo’s, update small amounts of text.  If a large change is required, an additional charge may be made.

 

3. Maintenance regular - £199pa

 

This will cover an average level of content change (text, photo, video, etc).

 

4. Maintenance max - £299pa

 

This will cover an average level of content change (text, photo, video, etc).  It will also allow the addition / removal of web site pages and addition / removal of items such as forums, blogs, etc.  It also allows for the periodic update of the messages on existing flash banners.
